The staff's exceptional service stood out; despite their usual hours ending at 6 pm, they kindly accommodated our late arrival, waiting patiently until after 8 pm, showing a level of hospitality rarely seen. This gesture made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The beautifully furnished room we stayed in was a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience. The inclusion of period pieces, such as the charming bed and elegant dressing table, added a touch of Italian sophistication that I truly appreciated. The room's attractive decor, complete with modern amenities like an electric mosquito repellant and a fridge, further enhanced our comfort. The picturesque view of the lake through the stately trees from our room was simply breathtaking.
